Active vs Archived Projects

We count only ACTIVE projects toward your project limit. Archived projects don't affect your project count.

  • Active Projects: Projects you're currently working on. These count toward your plan limit. You can add files and make changes.
  • Archived Projects: Completed projects that you want to hide from your dashboard. They are read-only and remain accessible for reference. Archived projects still count toward your storage limit to ensure fair usage for all users.
  • Deleted Projects: Permanently removed after 30 days. They free up your project count and storage entirely.

Archiving a project removes it from your active list and project count, but your files still count toward your storage limit. This ensures fair usage and system performance for all users.

How Storage is Calculated

We count the total file size stored in your workspace, including both active and archived projects.

  • Project files (documents, images, videos) – Active and Archived
  • Task attachments – Active and Archived
  • Profile avatars
  • Database entries (tasks, comments, project names)
  • System files
  • Deleted files (removed from trash)

Example: 20GB plan with 500MB per-file limit = 20GB total with no single file exceeding 500MB. Archiving projects does NOT free up storage space.

Is my data secure?
Yes. KaamFlow uses encrypted servers and role-based permissions. Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centers, and regular security audits. We never sell your data and comply with global privacy regulations.
What happens when I exceed my active project limit?
You can archive completed projects to free up space, or upgrade your plan. Archived projects do NOT count toward your active limit. Deleted projects are permanently removed after 30 days.
Are clients counted as users?
No. Client invites are completely free and don't count toward your user limit. You can invite as many clients as your plan allows without affecting your team member count.
What if I need more storage?
Contact us for custom storage options on any plan. We can increase your storage limit without changing your base plan.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can downgrade at any time. Archived projects remain accessible. If you exceed limits after downgrading, you'll need to archive more projects or upgrade again.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
What's the difference between archived and deleted?
Archived projects are preserved but don't count toward your active project limit. They are read-only and still count toward your storage limit. Deleted projects are permanently removed after 30 days and free up both project count and storage entirely. You can restore archived projects at any time.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You will receive warnings when you're approaching your storage limit. If you exceed the limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either remove existing files (including archived projects) or upgrade to a plan with more storage. Your existing files remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime without refund for the current month. If you're on an annual plan and cancel within the first 14 days, you'll receive a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription.
Can I see prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)?
Yes! Use the currency toggle above to switch between USD and PKR. Prices are converted using live daily exchange rates, so you always see the most accurate pricing in your local currency.
What is your refund policy?

Monthly plans: Non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Annual plans: 14-day refund window if you haven't exceeded storage limits or invited more than 5 team members.

Refunds are issued for:

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical failure preventing service use for 7+ consecutive days
  • Service uptime below 99% for your billing period

Refunds are NOT issued for:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the service
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Exceeding your plan's storage or member limits

Processing time: 5-10 business days (may take up to 30 days depending on your bank).
