What does "per user" mean?
You pay for each person you add to your workspace. For example, if you have 5 team members on the Standard plan, you pay $35/month. Each user gets their own login, permissions, and storage allocation. You can add or remove users anytime.
How does storage work per user?
Each user gets their own storage allocation. On the Standard plan, each user gets 10 GB. On Professional, each user gets 50 GB. Storage is shared across files uploaded by that user. Enterprise plans have custom storage options.
Is my data secure?
Yes — KaamFlow uses encrypted servers and role-based permissions. Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centers, and regular security audits. We never sell your data and comply with global privacy regulations.
Do you really offer unlimited projects?
Yes, from Standard Plan onward you get unlimited projects. The Free Plan includes up to 3 projects. "Unlimited projects" means you can create as many projects as you need for your workflow. There are no hidden limits or throttling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you'll revert to the Free Plan and can continue using KaamFlow with its free features.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You will receive warnings when you're approaching your storage limit. If you exceed the limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either remove existing files or upgrade to a plan with more storage. Your existing files remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime without refund for the current month. If you're on an annual plan and cancel within the first 14 days, you'll receive a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription.
What's the difference between Internal Discussion and Client Updates?
Client Updates are visible to everyone on the project including clients. This is where formal communication, approvals, and deliverables live. Internal Discussion is private — only team members can see it. Clients never have access to Internal Discussion. This separation keeps team coordination private while maintaining transparent client communication.
